RxJava 3 support

RxJava 2 is now end-of-life (EOL) and no further development or support will be provided.
Would be nice to get RxJava3 support on SweetBlue in the near future.

It's something that is on our radar, however we have no timetable for when that will happen. Just wanted to post here to let you know we are aware of it.
